Below is a list of all the amazing cafes, restaurants, and bakeries that have ordered Oomite around Australia. Some of them have it on their menu (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner), others have it in delicious baked goods (like cheese & Oomite scrolls), others are using it as an ingredient (like in bolognese or a vegan pasta dish for an umami hit), while some are still experimenting with it and testing out recipes. We keep our Instagram as up-to-date as possible with who is doing what.
